• The TMA05 manifold is a GGG40 cast manifold, with a T3 turbocharger Flange; manifold accepts 2-bolt 38mm wastegates.
• 8 spacer washers are included for easier assembly of the top nuts.
• The application is VW / Audi 1.8 20V transverse engines. (Golf, A3)
• Will not fit AWD applications.
• Internal diameter ducts: 40mm.

  Wastegate flange (if applicable) threads: M8x1.25

SPA Turbo's intake manifold was designed for upgrades builds, having a bigger plenum volume and allowing higher airflow, it is the perfect solution for those who wants high performance and durability, guaranteed by the cast aluminum construction. Available in 4 or 8 injectors with anodized aluminum fuel rails and in two throttle body position models, right side (Golf and A3 standard) and left (S3 standard or custom applications). In addition, you can choose between an OEM throttle body bolt holes pattern or without holes, for those who wants to use a different throttle body. Features a 60mm throttle body bore (with enough material to be ported up to 90mm).

Temperature sensor on right side - for S3/TT needs wire extension.

ATTENTION: this is not a bolt-on replacement manifold, it needs modifications to fit OEM charge pipes. Vacuum ports are not on stock position.
