MAXXBoost Flash Tune: 

These units are easy to use with OBD plug-in connection and touch screen operation offering 100% vehicle up-time. To install the tune just plug the MAXXBoost handheld tuner in to OBD II port and follow the on screen instructions. 

The M7 developed MAXXBoost system uses the most advanced automotive software and hardware available to communicate with the latest series of Bosch ECUs found in today’s MINIs. By using the factory OBD (onboard diagnostic port), the MAXXBoost Handheld Tuning Tool has the ability to upload any number of standardized or customized performance tunes as well as restore the original software file back to the ECU.

Note: You may be required to remove and send your ECU to M7 for a few days so we can extarct the factory tune software from your computer.

MAXX-FLO G3 Intake: The M7 Speed MAXX-FLO G3V fresh air system is our newest offereing for all Generation 3 MINIs. It fits all F54 through F60 MINIs with 2.0 liter turbocharged engines. The MAXX FLO G3V directly replaces the restrictive stock air box with a precision fabricated aluminum frame that securely connects into the factory mounting points for simple installation. Every MAXX-FLO(TM) kit includes a low restriction 8 ply cotton filter which can be cleaned, re-oiled and reused. It adds more air flow, engine performance and great sound to your beloved MINI.

Milltek High Flow Downpipe

Two choices available. 

The Milltek high flow 200 CPSI Performance catted downpipe WITH High Flow Catalytic Converter*** from MILLTEK. Both downpipes are contructed from 2.75" diameter high quality 304 aircraft grade stainless steel. Mandrel bending ensures full flow bends for better gas flow. MILLTEK products offer the highest quality exhaust available for the MINI. Made in the United Kingdom from 300 series stainless steel and meticulously TIG welded by skilled craftsman. Includes welded in bungs for two O2 sensors.

Wagner Intercooler: The Competition Intercooler has the following core size (580mm x 231mm x 110mm [stepped] = 12.600cm³), providing a 53% larger frontal area and 52% more volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the endtank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. Competition Intercooler Core with turbulators (weight: 9,2kg). Constructed of the highest quality Tube and Fin intercooler cores combined with cast aluminum optimized by CAD. Flow analyses and simulations were created to optimise the design for best possible internal airflow. This intercooler is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low intake temperatures. A lot less pressure drop then OEM Intercooler. Anti corrosion protective coating with perfect thermal heat dissapating character. Optimal cooling with clearly more power. Kit is ready for installation (plug & play), using the stock plumming. No cutting required. Fitment is easy, replacing the OEM intercooler. All of our products undergo rigorous quality control.
