Select desired heat range when ordering.

STANDARD HEAT RANGE: Standard heat range Plugs are recommended for ALL Street Driven Turbo MINIs with moderate levels of modification.

  • 14mm (9/16") Bi-Hex wrenching.  Standard 12 point 14mm deep well socket required
  • GAP: Preset at 0.031" (0.8mm)
  • Torque to 11-14.5 lb-ft (15-19.5 Nm)
  • Use Neverseize or Copperslip on threads
  • Only install when the engine is COLD

+1 COLDER HEAT RANGE: +1 Colder plugs are intended for cars with extreme performance engine mods, Stage 3 Manic Tunes, highly modified and sustained high RPM track driving running 100+ octane fuel. Not recommended for street driven cars.  Standard heat range plugs are recommended for all street driven cars.

  • 16mm (5/8") Hex wrenching. Standard 6 or 12 point 16mm deep well socket required
  • GAP: Preset to 0.024" (0.6mm)
  • Torque to 11-14.5 lb-ft (15-19.5 Nm)
  • Use Neverseize or Copperslip on threads
  • Only install when the engine is COLD

NOTE:  Spark Plugs are not refundable or returnable

    Excellent plugs. Pre-gap is a little small conpared to stock, regap iridium tips carefully with proper tool. I ran mine at .30 as .35+ can result in a fail to spark at high rpms. You can run as low as .20 as high .28 on increased boost applications.

    Plugs are well made, do not have to be gapped. I had a intermittent miss at idle which is now gone after installing new plugs. Overall acceleration seems to have improved. I installed standard heat range plugs.
