Shipping & Delivery


There is a tremendous amount of crime and fraud in the world today.  Thousands of dollars are lost every year to dishonest people who take advantage of doing business on the internet and then exploiting the delivery services such as US Post Office, UPS and FedEx.  In the end small business and the customer has to absorb these loses. All orders are shipped with 100% value insurance and delivery signature required if the oder value is $1000 or more. These extra requirements add additional cost to the shipping charges but safeguards your purchase against fraud and damage.

We try to ship all in-stock parts the same day via FedEx or UPS ground if ordered by 2 pm US Eastern. We reserve the option to choose the "best method" shipper for each domestic shipment. M7 Speed offers International shipping via UPS, DHL, United States Post Office (USPS) and FedEx. At checkout you will be given the choice to select additional shipping options for your purchase. We recommend USPS for US, Canada and APO/FPO address only. 

Shipping damage claims must be reported within 3 days of receipt of package and a claim will be filed ONLY if the original packaging is kept. All products are shipped F.O.B. Origin / [International-Exworks] Mooresville, NC 28117 USA and are fully insured for the purchase price you paid. Any damage or loss that occurs once the shipment leaves the shipping point of origin is the responsibility of the buyer and shipper. Contact the shipping company and M7 immediately (within 3 days) if you receive damaged parts you suspect happened during shipping. It is your responsibility to provide the necessary information requested by the shipper and be available for the inspection of the damaged goods. M7 will work with you to process a claim but we cannot replace damaged goods or refund a purchase until the claim is settled by the shipper. For damaged shipments all packing materials must be kept and we recommend you document the packaging and damaged parts as received with detailed photographs and notes.

Lost shipments are the responsibility of the shipper. Once the shipment leaves the point of origin it is owned by the shipping company and the buyer. All shipments are full insured for the price paid by the buyer. M7 will help facilitate a lost goods claim and refund or replace the product once the claim is settled by the shipping and insurance company.

Note: We verify all credit card orders for your protection. In rare cases, this process may cause a slight delay in shipping.

International Orders:

International orders are classified as those shipping outside of the U.S., Canada, or U.S. territories. In addition to shipping charges for the shipping method you have chosen, there is a non-refundable delivery and handling fee for customs, taxes and brokerage fees collected at the time of delivery which you will be responsible for. If the shipping option you want isn’t available please contact us at for a custom shipping quote.

If postal service is selected by the buyer for delivery service be aware that once the package leaves the US Customs center is is no longer the responsibility of the US Postal Service or M7 and tracking information will not be updated are available. Worldwide transit times may vary and your package could take upto 6 weeks to arrive at its destiination.

Installation Disclaimer:  

Purchaser assumes all responsibility for installation, installation errors and damage caused by incorrect installation of products sold by The Myteebrite Group, Inc., dba M7 Speed & M7 Tuning. Installation instructions are provided for as a reference only.  If you do not have the appropriate level of automotive knowledge, experience and mechanical skills necessary to perform the installation we recommend you hire a qualified installation shop or dealer to install your products. The Myteebrite Group, Inc. and its affiliates (and any of their respective directors, officers, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers and employees) will not be liable for any damages, losses or causes of action of any nature arising from the installation and any use of any products sold by the company. 

Refusing a product upon delivery:
Refund claims will not be honored on non-approved refused shipments. A product refused by you at delivery without pre-approval from M7 Speed will result in return shipping charges, a 20% restocking fee and a 10% handling fee. Outbound shipping charges will not be refunded.

You can return any new and unused item within 30 days of the date your item was shipped and we will refund the full purchase price (less restocking fee and shipping). We cannot accept returns on custom ordered or electrical items. If your product has been used and believe you have a warranty claim see warranty return instructions here. Items listed as Clearance Items are non-returnable, non-refundable and all sales are final.

If your item included any "special offer free parts", these must be returned at the same time or their value may be deducted from your refund.

You need to contact us before you return any product for a RGA number. Simply complete the Return/Exchange form printed on the back of your original invoice. Once you've been issued the RGA number from our customer service department, write it clearly on the box or boxes to be returned with the part(s) to be returned. This will help us process your return in a timely manner.

M7 accepts a variety of payment options. We accept all major credit cards/debit cards issued by Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard. PayPal and Amazon Pay are also available for all customers purchasing via the M7 website. 6 months same as cash financing is offered through the Paypal Credit program and is available to qualified buyers. Select the icon on the website to learn more. Personal checks, company checks and money orders may be sent directly to M7 to pay for your order as well. If you are sending in a check or money order, please be sure to include your order number. To receive your order in a timelier manner we suggest sending a certified check or money order.

Commercial customers may arrange for bank wire transfer of funds. Contact your commercial salesperson for further information. No orders will be shipped until full payment has been received and funds verified by our financial institution.

M7 Speed manufactures the best engineered, highest quality performance parts for Mini Coopers in the industry. M7 Speed operates on a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) pricing policy. All M7 products are sold between MSRP and MAP unless there is a company-authorized sale or promotion. All of our products are positioned to be competitively priced for our retail customers while maintaining a fair margin for authorized M7 Speed retailers and dealers.
