The BC Racing BR Series is the most popular suspension package offered by BC Racing. Equally at home on street and track the BR Series offers the best of both worlds with ride height and damping adjustability. Damping is adjusted simultaneously and height is adjusted independently of piston and spring stroke. The BR Series offers a minimum 2 inch drop* as well as 30 levels of damping adjustment. Assembled by hand, each application undergoes stringent quality control protocols to deliver the best possible suspension product to the consumer. Customized spring and damping rates to your to your individual preference are available as a special order. The BR Series is not meant as an entry level suspension setup but as a versatile setup that excels across a number of automotive disciplines.

For a Mini Cooper without DDC, you would need to use the BC Racing T-05-BR kit. The T-05-BR kit uses a narrower rear top pin to allow it to pass through the OEM upper strut tower mount. If you were to try and put a T-04-BR kit on a F56 without DDC, the rear shock would not fit. Same goes for putting a T-05-BR kit on a F56 with OEM DDC, the rear shock would not fit.

Please be sure to confirm whether your Mini Cooper F56 has OEM DDC or not before placing an order for a kit.

Because of the design of the Gen 3 MINI Suspension the entire front strut and upright has to be removed from the vehicle to install this product.  This requires removing the brake system and disconnecting the drive axles, requiring advanced mechanical skills and specialized tools. This installation is not a entry level DIY project.
